Qualifications:
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years as an Accountant, emphasizing tax compliance and reporting.
Thorough understanding of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and procedures, particularly those established by the BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue).
Proficiency in utilizing accounting software and tools for efficient financial data management and analysis.
Strong analytical prowess and keen attention to detail, with the capability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, external auditors, and government agencies.
Solution-oriented mindset with the capability to identify tax-related challenges and proffer effective resolutions.
Adherence to high ethical standards and an unwavering commitment to safeguarding the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
