Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Checks the Accounting Books (Sales Book, Purchase Book, Cash Receipt Book and Cash Disbursement Book)
Ø Reconciles all Accounting Books against Invoices and Receipts.
Ø Check all the BIR Form 2307 to be submitted to the External Accountant.
Ø To regularly coordinate with the External Accountant for all the BIR remittances and cases.
Ø To secure copies of the duly filed BIR Forms from the External Accountant.
Ø To maintain all BIR Accounting Files.
Ø To monitor all the sites as to the monthly bookbinding of the Sales Invoice.
Ø Check all the invoices and official receipts issued by the companies.
Ø Maintain a record area for all the companies' books.
Ø Other accounting duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Working rights required for this role
