Negotiable Temporary contract Full Time
Requirements:
1. Graduate of any related business course
2. With relevant work experience
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
5. Highly computer literate with capability in email, a dvanced knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
6. Fantastic organizational and time management skills
7. Meticulous attention to detail
8. Ability to accurately follow instructions
9. Must be residing in Pasig or nearby areas/cities
Responsibilities:
1. Will be part of Accounting Section who will process, review and post invoices.
2. Prepare monitoring reports and transmittals.
3. Process, review and record employee expense report transactions such as but not limited to liquidation of corporate card charges.
4. Ensure transactions are compliant with the company policies.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
2 years of experience
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Time Management, Teamwork
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
