Summary
Carlo's Bakeshop is currently looking for an Accounting Staff to be assigned in Iloilo CIty.
Role and Responsibilities
● Encoding of returns of all customer sales channels to SAP
● Encode the AR and perform adjustments of the outlets sales (POS) in Excel and SAP
● Encode the AR and perform adjustments of the outlets sales (non POS) in Excel and SAP
● Monitoring of daily sales and credit memo of outlets and stores in Google drive
● AR Encoding of outlets sales and food panda and Grab (SAP)
● Matching of credit/debit card payments in DCCR
● Matching of outlets' cash turn over in daily cash collection report
● Reconcile credit memo/returns slips vs checkers' log book
● Uploading on excel non POS to SAP - manual and special order - excel file for incoming payment Credit Collector Officer
● Negative stocks monitoring submitted to IM Department
● Proper filing of documents related to credit memos and return slips
To be successful in this role, you will to be/have:
● With 1 or 2 years of experience in accounting
● BS Accountancy graduate or any related business course
● Demonstrates high initiative in solving problems
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Proficient skills to system software (preferably SAP)
● Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular
