Job Description
 
Assigned for "accounts payable section" to assist in Check preparation and summarizing of vessel Liquidation, disbursement monitoring, ensures proper system input of operational and purchasing-related transactions
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Help in preparing check both trade and nontrade in compliance to set policies and procedures
Records the releases of approved and signed checks as scheduled and as needed.
Bookkeeping input on company system of all accounting-related transactions
Ensures that all checks are signed by the authorized signatory prior to release.
Ensures that all checks sent for signatures are covered by transmittal and handled well during delivery.
Monitors the availability of checkbook to be used for payment processing.
Ensures proper safekeeping and filing of check vouchers and the corresponding attachments
Assist the department in all day-to-day accounting concern
Participates in semi-annual and annual inventory counts and ensures accuracy thereof.
Maintain systematic filing and proper safekeeping.
Doing other task assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be in line to a Bachelor's Degree related to Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Fresh graduates without experience in accounting are still welcome to apply
With actual working experienced in general accounting is a plus
Relatively proficient in the use of MS Excel, knows how to use e-mail and other technological system
Must be highly motivated, can work under pressure, and hardworking.
Must be keen in following instructions and procedures down to the smallest detail.
Willing to work in San Antonio Village, Makati, Resident of Makati or nearby places is a plus
Other pertinent skills (i.e Driving skill, use of systems) is a plus
