Prepares and releases checks.
Petty Cash Fund custodian.
Monitors and ensures timely liquidation of employee cash advances, including travel advances and ensures documents are complete.
Maintains accounts payable files and other related documents, filed properly and kept up to date.
Ensuring confidentiality and security of files and filing system.
Performs such other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
College Graduate
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
