Records liquidation and monitors outstanding employee cash advance
Performs month-end closing activities which includes but are not limited to:
a) Preparation of bank reconciliation statement
b) Recording depreciation expense and maintaining the asset lapsing schedule
c) Updates and records amortization of prepayments
d) Records and monitors outstanding loans and finance charges
e) Records month-end revenue base on construction accomplishment
Aids in the external audit, PSA, PCAB and other statutory requirements.
Prepares month-end reports on aging of contracts receivable, advances to supplier and subcontractors, employee receivable and etc.
Graduate of BS Accountancy course, being a CPA is an advantage
At least one (1) year experience in any related Accounting function such payables, receivables, payroll, inventories and financial reports preparation.
Knowledgeable in SAP, QuickBooks or any Accounting System.
Proficient in the use of various Microsoft Office applications.
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Accounting and Finance Construction 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
