Job Description
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Knowledge in Quickbooks
Computer Literate
With a do it all attitude
With construction experience is an advantage
With sense of urgency
Responsibility:
Prepares financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) for management, BIR and audit purposes.
Prepare documents for year-end audit.
Filing necessary tax returns (monthly, quarterly and annual).
Process Request for Payments, for check vouchers and payments
Create audit expense report per project on a weekly and monthly basis
Prepare ledgers and reconcile and balance accounts, make regular deposits, manage petty cash expenditures and inventory; manage and monitor AR/AP
Manage online banking transactions and other banking transactions for various group company accounts;
Liaison to BIR and other government agencies
Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
Maintains general ledger
Maintain orderly accounting filing system
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Will handle the Accounting Department alone (one man team)
