Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Bank Transaction
1.1 Responsible in buying of dollars
1.2 Responsible for telegraphic transfer
2. Payroll
2.1 Responsible in computation of payroll of deployed employees from subcontractors including the overtime
2.2 Responsible in the computation of payroll of direct employees
2.3 Responsible in the computation of the overtime adjustments
2.4 Responsible for the Overtime Status Summary
2.5 Responsible in uploading the payroll bank transaction
2.6 Responsible in processing the deductions of deployed and direct employees, direct and subcon
2.7 Prepare the payroll monthly report of direct and subcon employees
2.8 Update the 13th month pay every cut off
2.9 Responsible in the computation of last pay of the resigned employees
3. BIR REPORTS
3.1Responsible in computation of 1601C, withholding tax of direct employees
3.2 Responsible in preparation of 2316 or Income Tax Return
3.3 Encoding of VAT Relief (Sales, Purchases, and Importations)
3.4 Encoding in the alphalist of 1702Q (2307), 1604CF (Compensation)
3.5 Responsible in the submission of 1601C and 1604CF in eFPS
4. Costing
4.1 Prepares costing for projects (Material, Labor and Overhead Cost) for approval of the VP Finance and Accounting
4.2 Responsible in monitoring project status from (Pending for Approval of Client to Collected Billing)
5. Other Accounting related works
5.1 Coordinate the payment with bio system personnel for purchasing of main products
5.2 Responsible in bank reconciliation through gathering reports from accounts receivable and accounts payable staff and bank statements
5.3 Responsible in completing the forms related to accounting especially bank and government benefits related forms
5.4 Responsible in the summary of credit card and reimbursement of officers
6. Inventory
6.1 Coordinate with warehouse supervisor regarding on the shipping details
7. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate head or other evmi officials
II. QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate : Graduate of Accounting related course
Location : Preferably residing at Parañaque Area
