Job Responsibilities:
Performs a general accounting support.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
No work experience required.
Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
Knowledgeable in basic MS Office applications: Word, Excel
Analytical and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Well organised
Proficient in both oral and written communication (English and Filipino)
