Accounting Staff responsibilities:
Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs,
Invoice Preparation
Prepares bank deposits, check creation, submission and preparation of all monthly mandatory contributions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
Maintains accounts payable record, and stock inventory monitoring
Assist in the preparation of Quarterly & Annual financial statements.
Follow up collection to all clients
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously/Flexible
Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
