Accounting StaffPacific Paint (Boysen) Philippines, Inc.

Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department including:
Verifies the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Updates and maintains accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts receivables, collections, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (Oracle)
Compiles data and prepares a variety of reports.
Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
Investigates questionable data.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
1-4years experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Experience in accounts receivables is an advantage.
The candidate must be hardworking, detailed, organized, and willing to learn.
Knows how to speak Fookien is an advantage
