What you'll be doing:
Prepares and handles general journal entries of the company's transactions.
Processes the different payment procedures of the company with its vendors, suppliers, and Government agencies
Monitors the company's accrued expenses and receivables, fixed assets depreciation and inventory, and other related contracts.
Performs check operations ensuring the accurate and efficient transaction/s.
Liaise with various Government entities (e.g. BIR, SEC, etc.) to ensure proper compliance with existing laws and regulations.
Assists in the maintenance and renewals of business contracts and licenses.
Other Accounting Responsibility/ies that may be assigned from time to time.
What you'll need to bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related course/degree, CPA is an advantage
Strong background in all accounting processes Financial Statements, (Journal entries, AR, AP)
Experience in transacting with Banks, and Government agencies (e.g. BIR, SEC, etc.).
Above average analytical and arithmetic skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Working knowledge in using Quickbooks.
With at least 2yrs experience in a supervisory position
