To assist the Branch Accountant in the accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions of the branch office, in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepares disbursement vouchers and cheques for all disbursements of the branch;
Conducts regular spot cash count of cash on hand of tellers / vault custodian as may be directed by the Branch Accountant or Branch Head;
Conducts regular fund accountability checks / spot audits on Extension Offices as may be directed by the Branch Accountant or Branch Head;
Computes for the incentives of Civilian Field Representatives;
Prepares daily transaction reports and transmits the same to designated offices.
Maintains organized files of BO's copy of financial reports, disbursements, debit/credit memos, adjustments and other documents related to accounting;
Ensures timely affixture of DST withheld by the branch office;
Issues 2307 to suppliers and service providers;
