Job Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly accounting reports.
Monitoring and updates subsidiary payment ledgers and accounts receivable subsidiary ledgers
Maintains and maintains an orderly filling system for paid documents
Help in the release of payments with checks to suppliers according to the company, programmed disbursement policy, while ensuring that all official receipts are duly documented and issued by the supplier in each payment by check and release.
Collect and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries, such as general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions. 6.Coordinate with sales and purchasing staff
Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting procedures and accounting control.
Analyze and review budgets and expenses.
Monitoring and reviewing the accounting and the like system reports to verify accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review expenses, payroll entries, invoices and other accounting documents.
Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to suppliers and customers.
Resolve accounting discrepancies
