Job Specifications:
-College Graduate, preferably BS Accountancy
-With at least 1 year experience; Fresh graduates with good scholastic records can be considered
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing accounting support to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in timely manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares journal entry for every transaction and records to Special Books of Accounts such as General Journal, Disbursement Book, Sales Book, Purchase Book, Cash Receipt Book and General Ledger.
2. Prepares bank reconciliation.
3. Maintains subsidiary ledger for customers, suppliers and employees' advances.
4. Prepares and issues check payments to suppliers.
5. Compiles and sorts invoices and checks.
6. Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports and other records.
7. Prepares creditable withholding tax certificates for company payments.
8. Prepares monthly expense reports and petty cash liquidation.
9. Liaise with Bank and in-charge on paying bills of the Company.
