Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures accounting records are filed accordingly
Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure, effectively prioritize/manage time and workload.
Maintains general ledgers, recording the status of various accounts and make sure that all the accounts are balanced.
Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the system, maintains and updates lapsing schedule, and records entries in the system/books.
Assist in providing timely response to all audit requests for information and documentation.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
CPA License is an advantage
With Latin Honor is a plus
Knowledge of an ERP/Large Accounting Package; SAP is a plus
Has excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
Keen in details, Goal oriented and has the ability to work in a fast-placed environment with minimal supervision
Must be willing to work at Starmall Alabang, Muntinlupa City
