General Responsibility
In-charge of all accounting records from preparation to records keeping, payroll and government premiums (payment and reporting), procurement, disbursement, billing and collection, and inventory
Duties and Responsibilities
: Manages financial records
: Prepares journal entries and financial statements in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
:Creates and maintains periodic reporting
: Assists in preparation of annual budget
: Ensures timely and accurate billing and collection
: Prepares monthly payroll
: Handles the government premiums (payment & reporting), procurement, disbursement, and inventory
: Closes monthly records and reports
: Ensures efficiency and accuracy of financial records
: Coordinates with the Retainer all matters related to Accounting
: Prepares confidential correspondence
: Performs other related work as maybe assigned by the management
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
EXPERIENCE: at least 1 year of relevant experience
SKILLS: Organization and Planning, Accounting, Analysis, etc.
