Job Description
Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts.
Preparation of Aging of Receivables and AR Schedule
Supervise billing collection and follow ups of outstanding
Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
Issuance of OR upon receipt of payments from merchants with corresponding Form 2307, if applicable
Resolves client-billing problems and rescues accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer service in a timely manner.
Monitors customer payments in accordance with reported receivables and collection
Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
Mail correspondence to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Accountancy.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent in both oral and written communication skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Must be keen to details
