Job Description
Records properly all transactions to the books of accounts duly registered with BIR (Cash disbursement book, Cash Receipts book, General journal, General ledger,
Subsidiary sales journal, Subsidiary purchase journal) on a weekly basis and ensures that amounts and other information tally
With the records in the General Accounting System (GAS)
Coordinates with accounting assistant - GAS for matters affecting bookkeeping functions.
Coordinates with the sales assistants/custodians for safekeeping of books of accounts
Assist in the design and development of computerized system relating to/or affecting bookkeeping functions, including implementation, evaluation and monitoring thereof.
Maintains systematic filing of all GAS related accounting record.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Mathematics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Highly organized and analytical, MS Word, Excel.
Meticulous, Detail oriented, Organized, Pro-Active, with sense of urgency
