Job Description
Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Communication skills (verbal & Written), Organize and keen to details, can work with minimum supervision, Flexible, Computer literate, Pro-active.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Works with integrity and maintains confidentiality all the time.
Able to work well with minimum supervision.
Discreet and tactful and able to deal with difficult situations.
