Basic Function(s)
This position provides financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his/her control.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Arranges all local invoices alphabetically and documents in the index card
Puts invoices in its assigned jackets. Makes sure that all invoices are adjusted and tallied in the system. Adjusts index cards for every adjustments made in the invoices. Ensures that invoices and index cards are always tallied
Prepares weekly and monthly statements of accounts and counter receipts. Matches invoices against the attached summary of accounts and counter receipts
Prepares transmittal slips every time the Business Development (BD) Sales Executive brings the customers' jacket for collection and countering
Double checks the jackets, and its contents, that are returned by the BD Sales Executive after their collection efforts
Assist collectors by writing the payment details on green copies of invoices and remittance slip forms
Encodes all customers' payment into the system
Requirements
Candidate must be a graduate of any related course
At Least 2 year working Experience as Office Clerk/ Encoder
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications, required.
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Willing to Render OT when needed
Willing to work in Binondo
