Job Requirements:
Knowledge in preparation and remittances of payments for BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth IS A MUST. Those without prior experience on these need not apply.
Knowledge and Experience in Payroll Processing
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word)
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Results-oriented, flexible, able to multi-task, works efficiently, has keen attention to details, can work under pressure
Applicants must be willing to work in Tandang Sora, Quezon City
Job Description:
General accounts receivable functions
Prepare and submit customer invoices
Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations
Monitor customer accounts for non payment and delayed payment
General accounts payable functions
Process BIR, SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth payables
Check, verify and process invoices
Prepare payments for signature
Sort, code and enter accounts payable data
Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices
Maintain vendor files
General Payroll functions
Collect, confirm and process timesheets and overtime
Verify taxes and other deductions
Prepare and distribute payroll checks
Track employee vacation and sick leaves
General support functions
Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
Assist in month end reporting procedures
Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
Track and audit petty cash
Assist with employee expense reports
Perform filing and general administrative tasks
Experience:
Accounting Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
