Authorities & Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for the preparation of basic financial statements
Prepare monthly aging of receivables and payables
Maintains records of financial transactions and posting transactions
Compiles and submits records for tax filing
Ensures compliance of legal requirements in various government agencies
Maintains historical records by filing documents
Maintains updated record of daily transactions in preparation of audit
Records, maintains and prepares payroll for employees within a given time
Monitors employee deductions and remittances for BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF
Prepares government reports on BIR, SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF
Develop, implement, modify and document recordkeeping and accounting system
Other relevant tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.
