Job Descriptions
Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes.
Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits.
Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Job Qualifications
With Bachelor's Degree of BS Accountancy, Financial Management or any related field
With previous experience is an advantage
Computer Literate
A high level of attention to details and can work with minimum supervision
Knowledgeable in Office Applications (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
Able to work effectively within a team and independently
Knowledgeable and well verse in General Accounting Procedure
Preferably living within San Juan or nearby areas with means of transportation (motorcycle, bicycle, or walking)
Willing to be under probationary period of not more than 6 months
Salary: Minimum initially for 6 months
