Receive and verify and input ASFR
Input outgoing vouchers
Input ASFR to CAB Portal
Checking of ASFR, OR for DDC, MAI Reimbursement
Compute and process pilots commission
Monitor ASTL and advances for both employee and Business Unit
Input CV's
Internal processing of disbursement
Securing that upon OR receipts of operation disbursement is encoded to EBT, data should be arranged by dates (previous to current), attached with summary list to be submitted billing and collection officer for billing purposes
Consolidated daily time record of employees in preparation for payroll
Prepare and monitor remittances
Submit summary of sales to Ciudadano
Summary of ASFR for CAB portal
Monitors employee leaves
Facilitates bank deposits and encashments
Demonstrates initiative in understanding process accounting flows and controls.
Performs other special task as required by supervisor

Knowledge
