Job Descriptions
Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts. Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of any 4- or 5-year course preferably Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Accounting Technology, Management, Business Administration, Information Technology. Economics, or other Business courses. Undergraduates with at least 80% completion of their required subjects can be considered.
Computer literate (MS Office). Will be trained to use acctg software mainly on encoding of records.
Keen to details, organized, has good work ethics, and good in written and oral communication. Can do fieldwork if needed.
Will be exposed to/ trained in various finance & accounting functions:
Basic salary to commensurate to qualifications, educational background, work experience (if any) and job assignment.
With SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig
Work experience is not necessary.
