Checks all issued and outstanding checks for the months.
Coordinates with payout any canceled, revised, and for issuance of check payments.
Checks if all bank passbooks have been updated for the month and seek bank statement for the month.
Confirms outstanding checks on record against hard copies of issued checks and vouchers.
