JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and verify daily reports
Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups.
Matching and verifying cash expenses.
Record business transactions and key daily worksheets to the general ledger system.
Assist with employee expense reports
Perform filing and general administrative tasks
Performs other tasks may assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/Management Accounting/ Financial Management/Banking.
Must have at least 2 years' experience in the field of Accounting or as an Accounting Staff/Clerk.
Required Skills: General Accounting; BOC & BIR Requirements; Petty Cash Auditing .
Flexible, Fast Learner, and can work with a minimal supervision.
Able to cope up in a highly fast paced environment.
Knowledgeable in BIR (Withholding Tax Requirements/VAT Remittances)
Able to render overtime work.
