JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounting, particularly Medical Company
SAP Encoding, Generate Report
Microsoft Office suite including intermediate proficiency in Excel
Honest and Trustworthy
Fast learner
Good team player and multi tasking capabilities
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any 4 year Finance Course
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for cash management, liquidity projections, treasury operations, bank relationship management, cash accounting, short term investing and payments, and deposit cash receipts and cash disbursements
Daily Tasks:
· Prepares daily monitoring for exchange rate of dollar and tracking of payment for telegraphic transfer and Letter of Credit
· Monitors daily check disbursements and post-dated checks in various bank accounts
· Requests for budget or fund needed for the week
· Records all check disbursement for process and for signature
· Sends confirmation of Duties and Taxes thru e-mail
· Schedules payments to be released every Friday
· Reconciles fund balances report versus passbook
· Monitors Loans Payable, Car Loans, Letter of Credit (LC) and monthly interest expense
· Scheduling of payments to be release every Friday.
· Addresses all Bank concerns and complies all the requirements needed for every transaction
· Submits Summary of Accounts Payable in preparation of weekly report of Cash Position to be checked by the Finance Manager and to be submitted to the VP for Finance and to the President
· Encodes all check disbursement and monitor released issued checks for clearing, postdated checks, and for release checks in AUB, UCPB, RCBC, Chinabank Savings, Chinabank Commercial and Landbank under Variance, Ultra, Cartal & RBGM.
· Does other duties that may be assigned by the Finance Manager, CEO/President and Chairman
Weekly Tasks:
· Prepares Summary of Payables
· Prepares Cash Position Balance per Bank
Monthly Tasks:
· Prepares Aging of Payables weekly to be submitted to Finance Manager
· Prepares Summary of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source every 5th of the month to be submitted to General Accountant
· Checks Monthly Reports on SAP versus manual Disbursement Voucher (AP Trade/Non-Trade and Others
