Has knowledge in using Microsoft Excel especially in PIVOT and Vlookup
Plus points if have knowledge in SAP System
Plus points in knowledge in Auditing
Maintaining the billing system
Generating invoices and account statements
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Producing monthly financial and management reports
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary

Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
