Qualifications:
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Experience in a Construction/Property Management company is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy/ Banking and Finance/ Financial Management or any related course.
With experience in basic Accounting, knowledgeable in Accounting Policies, Journal Entry
Ability to organize and prioritize
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Good computer skills (excel, databases and financial software)
Responsible, Honest, discreet and trustworthy
Integrity- Job requires appropriate handling of confidential information
​Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll preparation.
Year-end BIR reporting and dues.
Annual Filing to SEC of Audited FS and GIS.
Monitor and Secure Check Books, Request for Re-ordering of Check Books.
Bank Reconciliation.
Responsible for posting and recording of company transactions in the book namely; General Ledger, Cash Disbursement, Cash Receipts, Sales and Journal Book.
Petty Cash Custodian and Replenishment.
Preparation of Voucher Payable, Cash and Check Voucher.
Monitor Cash Advances & Prepare Statements of Liquidation to account for actual expenses incurred.
Filing of Check Vouchers/ Documents with complete attachments.
Monitor & Prepare monthly BIR dues & visiting BIR office when necessary
Monitor & Prepare monthly SSS, PHIC, HDMF remittances & Visit their respective offices for counter receiving.
Receiving, checking and encoding of accounts receivable per client (Monthly)
