Description
Duties and Key Responsibilities
*Monitors the daily purchases and inventory management of each section (Income Generating Section) of the hospital.
*Checks the accuracy of Hospital Inventories between the two systems (Accounting System (SAP) versus Hospital System "System A"). Reconcile the discrepancies between them and identify its cause for errors or adjustments.
*Establish proper monitoring of inventory and other process related to inventory management of the hospital. Provides proper reorder point, safety stock and ending inventory for the hospital.
*Prepares daily and monthly reports of inventory and consumption.
*Coordinates with each section for their actual inventory every month and also responsible for the annual physical inventory counting related to financial audit of the hospital.
General Responsibilities
*To contribute to team meetings and organizational priorities
*To carry out the other associated duties as may arise, develop or be assigned in line with the broad remit of post.
*To abide by organizational policies and practices, and hospital's working principles.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or Financial/Business Course.
2. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
4. Must have a pleasing personality.
