Description * Maintain and update accounting records and files
Analyze budgets and create expense reports
Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns(BIR Schedules and Remittances)
Meet with clients to discuss confidential accounting issues
Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
Reconcile bank statements
Analyze transactions with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct month-end and year-end closures
Prepare documents for audits
Advise clients on financial issues via email or phone
Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
Report to the Japanese Manager and work to improve financial processes
Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy
Organize and update financial records
Perform monthly bank settlements
Accounts Payable(Purchases and short- term Debts)
Petty Cash Custodianship
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
MUST
1. IQ test over 100
2. BS Accountancy Graduate
3. Travel time to work: less than 1 hour
4. If living far from work place, willing to rent a place to meet item
5.At least 3 years' experience in accounting or a related field or Bookkeeping qualification holder
-have experience use Xero software system before
6.Strong mathematical and analytical skills -7. Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
7.Confidentiality and integrity
PREFER
-have experience work as an accounting in in same industry (Production and assembly and sale of factory automation system)

SALARY: 20,000 - 30,000
