JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
6 months to 1 year experience in accounting related works.
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 5PM.
Willing to be assigned in Lipa City, Batangas.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct initial qualification and validation of all requests for payments.
Ascertain that payables are prepared according to scheduled date of payment before they become due to avoid penalties/interests
Performs bookkeeping / accounting functions of recording.
Performs proper file management and archiving.
Perform other assigned tasks by Accounting Head / Finance Officer.
