We are currently seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our team as an Accounting Assistant. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor City, Cavite.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible on end to end AP to Disbursement Process using SAPB1 system (PO or non-PO)
Processing payment request forms, Reimbursement, Liquidation, and Advances, which includes checking and verification of supporting documents
Checking or matching procurement purchase orders, vendor invoices, and warehouse receiving reports
Processing of check vouchers and preparing manual checks or wire transfers/ online bank transfer
Assisting vendor inquiries about payment reconciliations due to discrepancies
Assisting in the resolution of issues related to invoice/payment processing and check-releasing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any business-related course.
Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
Work experience via SAPB1 or any accounting system under AP is a plus
Well-versed in general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Good to excellent written and communication skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Knowledgeable on Bank procedure and Philippine Taxation
Proficient in MS Office applications
