Responsibilities
Record and post financial entries in the company's ledger of accounts.
Handle incoming cash and ensure timely deposits at the bank.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts regularly.
Prepare journal entries for receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Generate monthly and annual financial statements.
Record and manage petty cash transactions.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts.
Perform periodic account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate books of accounts.
Organize and manage the accounting filing system efficiently.
Review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Submit monthly financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statements, Income Statements, and Balance Sheets.
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as needed.
Follow standard accounting procedures and practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a business-related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting staff.
Proficiency in office software, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in posting accounting entries and preparing financial reports; payroll experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Odoo software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Self-motivated, creative, and eager to learn.
Hardworking and open to training opportunities.
