The creation and examination of financial records, reports, and statements is the responsibility of staff accountants. While providing guidance on general financial issues, they also oversee all accounting procedures. These skills can be used throughout the business as needed, for example, in cash flow management or budgeting strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
- 6 months to 1 year experience in related field is preferred
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Maintain Payroll
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software should know systems for SSS , EFPS , SLSP , and BIR works
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Data entry and word processing skills
