Accounting Staff
Job Descriptions
To be responsible for data entry into the accounting system and integrity
of accounting system data
To prepare General Journal voucher
To update and furnish depreciation schedules to the Accountant
To prepare bank reconciliation statements
To process vendor's invoices and write up accounting entries
To update fixed assets listing
To provide assistance to the Accountant
Audit
To coordinate with auditor on all matters pertaining audit
