The company has made its way to cater total IT Solutions as part of business diversification from structured cabling and network infrastructure supply.
 
Need Ink started as an ink refilling station and opened its 1st outlet on October 2003 at GMC Arcade Pajo Lapu Lapu City. After 3 months, the 2nd outlet was opened on January 2004 at N&N Arcade, Mandaue City.
 
Is currently looking for:
 
ACCOUNTING STAFF – ACCOUNTS RECONCILIATION IN-CHARGE
 
General Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in BS in business related course or its equivalent
Mathematical proficiency
Proficiency in MS excel and/or other reconciliation tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accounting background is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures that the amounts per the company’s records matches with the balances per the supporting schedules.
Responsible for cash balances per book matches with the actual balances per bank
Responsible for receivables balances per book is supported with a corresponding aging schedule
Responsible for payables balances per book is supported with a corresponding aging schedule
Responsible for other significant book balances are supported with details and schedules
