We are looking for a Accounting Staff (Accounts Receivable).
As a Accounting Staff (Accounts Receivable), we rely on you to:
Handle all guests' billing issues and disputes
Prepare account billing with required supporting documentation
Monitor customer account details for non-payments and delayed payments
Reconcile accounts and communicates with customers
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for numbers
Has good organisational skills
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Preferably has experience working in a finance department of a 5* luxury international hotel
Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver
Able to communicate with customers effectively and professionally
