ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
 
Qualifications:
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Accountancy or Management Accounting, or any related course
Experienced with basic bookkeeping is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Experienced with Disbursement/ Accounts Payable Processing/ ERP Accounting Software is a plus
Highly trainable and can work with less supervision
Job Description:
Maintain financial records, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Manage money and help cash flow including billing and collection
Prepares weekly cash flow projection (issuances and disbursements for the week)
Oversee processing of payments for utilities and bills across all sites and offices
Approvals on payment of government statutory and withholding taxes on bank net site
Ensure requests for payment to consultants, managing partners & rental are endorsed to AP for processing prior to the due date
Preparation of RFPs for quarterly Business Permit dues
Perform daily bank reconciliation
