Qualifications:
5-7 years' experience in Accounting activities
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Must be able to organize work and prioritize task
Must exhibit basic problem-solving skills
Must be able to communicate through written, verbal, or other means of communication
Proven experience in accounting leadership roles
Expert knowledge in accounting principles and standards
Responsibilities:
 
Prepare, review of financial statement and other reports
Manage and oversee payroll preparation
Comply BIR remittances, PEZA reports including filing
Prepare and record Journal entries to the accounting system
Ensure to review and signed the check voucher before proceeding to payment
Review all PO and other purchasing documents, include determining of Cost analysis
Prepare Financial Statement Analysis and ensure accurate reporting
Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
Oversee the Property , Plant and Equipment
Manage Bank reconciliation and monitor Petty cash replenishment
Reconciling of all discrepancies
Assist in allocation of work to staff, workflow processes and improvement staff with their work as need arises
