Accounting & payroll specialistIntegration Kings

As an Accounting & Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the set-up of accounting and payroll systems. You will be required to liaise with clients, vendors and strategic partners via Email and Zoom. Having an appropriate work-from-home space and setup is essential.
Reporting directly to the Accounting & Payroll Client Manager, your tasks will include:
Collecting, reviewing and cleansing data from clients
Setting up systems and basic integrations
Migrating data from old systems to new systems
Setting up payroll and, at times processing payroll on behalf of clients
Reviewing chart of accounts to suit client's requirements
Reconciliation of bank accounts to bank statements
Reconciling the client's financial statements
Reconciling accounts on a monthly and yearly basis
Peer-to-peer reviewing of work
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
The ability to carry out all the above tasks
1-2 years of experience with Xero Accounting Software
The ability to comprehend and solve Client's issues
Please note: This is not a traditional accounting role where you'll only be working on Client's financial data. As you will be assisting with data migrations and multiple systems, you will need to have the ability to think outside of the box and solve problems as they arise. Importantly, this is a junior position, that we've specifically created a budget for. So please keep that in mind when applying.

Answer support emails
Submit daily timesheets
Collaborate and communicate effectively within the business
Creating and updating internal documentation and processes
Attend internal and external training sessions and meetings when required
