QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's / College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, BSBA major in Human Resources or equivalent
With at least 1-2 yrs experience in handling payroll/compensation
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.
Attentive to details
Excellent ability to multi task
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Payroll preparations and validations: timekeeping, overtime and deductions
Consolidation of Payroll report
Shall assist in payroll compliance (external and internal) and statutory regulations.
Shall assist in the processing and preparation of payroll procedures to ensure on time salary payout.
Act as Liaison Officer of the company in governmental agencies
