Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Calamba City. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can take ownership of their work.
Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
*Accounts Payable
*Resolving discrepancies
*Communicate with suppliers/vendors
*Daily data entry of transactions and compilation of documents
*Responding to inquiries from Head Office and suppliers
*Reconciliations of statement of account
To be successful in this position you must have previous experience in a similar position or seeking the next step in your career. You must have working knowledge on various accounting systems, strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong written and oral communication. An accounting degree is essential.
