JOB TYPE: Trainee
LOCATION: 5/F Five E-Com Center, Pacific Tower, Mall of Asia Complex
SUPERVISOR/MANAGER: Financial Accounting Manager
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managed and organized accounts payable and accounts receivable files.
Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures.
Reconciles bank statements.
Provide clerical support for BIR and Tax reporting.
SKILLS:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Willingness to work effectively both independently and on a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organized and able to meet deadlines.
Must be analytical and resourceful.
Qualifications It must be a school requirement A signed Memorandum of Agreement by the school Fit to work or medical clearance from the school doctor Candidate must be a student of a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies /Administration/Management, Financial Management, Accountancy or equivalent. Position will require a minimum of 300 hours. Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City. Applicants must be willing to start ASAP. 2 Internship position(s) available.
