Financial Reporting
Over-all in charge of financial reporting for internal and regulatory compliance purposes
Oversees day-to-day financial operations of managed projects/ assigned companies
Overall lead for annual organizational budget
Performs budget review and financial performance analysis for managed projects
Monthly Reports (Consolidated and per project):
Income Statement
Balance Sheet
Monthly Collection Report
Monthly Bank Reconciliation
A/R Analysis - per project, per assigned company
Annual Reports (for external audit):
Income Statement including supporting schedules
Balance Sheet including supporting schedules
Bank Reconciliation
Summary of Tax Returns
Internal Control
 
Over-all in charge of ensuring implementation of internal control processes
Checking of daily collection report
Preparation of Consolidated Daily Collection Report
Checking of expense vouchers
Weekly bank reconciliation
Monitoring and updating of bank deposit payments
Monitoring of unidentified bank deposits
Monitoring of Past Due/ Delinquent Accounts per project
Ensures timely sending out of demand letters for delinquent accounts
Timely endorse non-moving accounts due for notarial cancellation
Regulatory Compliances
In charge for initial regulatory and business registration requirements of newly incorporated companies in collaboration with assigned counterpart lawyer (incl. SEC, BIR, LGU, HDMF, PHIC)
Ensures timely filing of BIR Returns
Prepares draft return for Management approval at least 10 days before deadline
Performs tax planning and recommends legal ways and means to maximize return for managed projects
Prepares support schedules for annual external audit
Communicates with external auditor for the timely conduct of annual external audit
Addresses key audit issues / recommendations from the external auditor
