The incumbent is responsible for ensuring proper, accurate, and timely processing of accounts payables and receivables, tax and government-related remittances that redound to uninterrupted efficient and effective services of the Institution.
The academic institution requires a General Accounting Assistant to account for all the financial activities in the operation of the Institution.
A rank-and-file level would require that the incumbent should still be able to deliver sound judgment and non-critical decision-making process, in the pursuit of accomplishing programs and/or activities producing the expected deliverables of the position and inspiring targeted audience/employees to participate in programs and/or activities for successful outcomes.
