Job Scope:
Record day-to-day financial transactions of the company. Prepare and monitor the profit and loss of the company and analyze the financial data of the company.
Job Qualifications:
Required to travel and report on-site (Pasig)
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Proven work of at least 5 (five) years related experience.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
Proven bookkeeping experience.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Hands-on experience in word and excel.
Attention to detail and thoroughness.
In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
Solid knowledge of accounting regulations.
Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
Time-management abilities
Ability to handle and protect confidential documents.
At least three (3) years of experience in retail industry is preferred.
Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
Advance knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
Job Duties:
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the report on time.
Recording of supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
Perform bank deposit and sales reconciliation for all branches.
Enter data, maintain records and create reports.
Process accounts payables and handle supplier data.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares monthly profit and loss by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales, revenue and liabilities)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statement (balance sheet, profit and loss and income statements)
Forecast cost and revenues for each branch and entire company.
Manage tax payments.
Prepare budget for each store, per department and entire company.
Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
Analyze financial trends.
Creating KPI reports.
Conducting internal audits such as salary reviews.
Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
